Open and edit any semantic model with Power BI tools

This month, we’re excited to share a major milestone for Power BI modelling tools – Power BI Desktop is now compatible with any semantic model in Fabric. With this update, you’re no longer required to rely on external tools to edit a semantic model running in Fabric. At the same time, it enhances interoperability between external tools and Power BI Desktop, enabling them to do even more.

Translytical task flows (Preview)

We are thrilled to announce that Power BI report buttons can now run Fabric User data functions for custom, automated action, including data write-back. Update to the Power BI Embedded Analytics Accelerators Program

Just over a year ago, we introduced a set of embedded analytics solution accelerators created by our partners with our guidance. These tools significantly reduce the time-to-market for self-service analytics embedded into multi-tenant, web applications for ISVs and customers. The accelerators also enrich the Power BI Embedded experience by adding valuable new features.
